The Site is a platform operated by the Linda Mwananchi movement, a civic and political initiative. It provides information, merchandise, petition tools, event coordination, and avenues for donations and community engagement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases, sign petitions, donate, or register for events. Users under 18 may browse the Site but should not submit personal information without parental consent.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Some features (e.g., submitting stories, managing orders) may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

5. User-Generated Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content (e.g., opinions, rally photos, stories). By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Site and related social media channels. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content, and that it does not violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Merchandise Sales

  • Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or other currencies as indicated. Taxes and shipping costs are added at checkout.

  • Payment: Payments are processed through third‑party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details.

  • Shipping: We ship to addresses in Kenya and internationally where possible. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Returns & Refunds: For defective products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Returns due to change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee. Digital products are non‑refundable.

7. Petitions

By signing a petition, you confirm that you are a real person and that your signature represents your genuine opinion. Signatures may be presented to government bodies, media, or other recipients as part of advocacy. We may verify signatures to prevent fraud.

8. Donations / Legal Fund Contributions

  • Contributions are voluntary and non‑refundable.

  • Funds will be used for movement‑related activities, including legal expenses, organizing rallies, and advocacy.

  • We are not a registered charity; contributions are not tax‑deductible unless otherwise stated.

  • You must have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

9. Events & Rallies

Registration for events (including the People’s NDC) indicates your intent to attend. We may use contact details to communicate event updates. You agree to conduct yourself lawfully and respectfully at all movement‑organized events.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and the “Sisi ndio Sifuna” slogan, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non‑commercial sharing that supports the movement.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.

  • Impersonate another person or entity.

  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.

  • Interfere with the Site’s operation.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
